My interest in qualitative and UX research began with my work as a copywriter. I wanted to uncover the ways that individuals “connect” with products and how organizations can make a real impact on individuals. Ever since then, I’ve worked as a writer, behavioral researcher, and asker of great questions.
I believe that a good researcher must have a passion for the product and empathy for their users and participants. Good qualitative research does more than inform great products—it has the capacity to improve people’s lives.
